Original artwork description:

The watercolor painting "Mountainous Svaneti. Georgia" was painted from life during my plein air travel in Georgia in September 2019.

When the sun began to paint this plot, the ancient stone towers played in the light with very beautiful warm orange reflexes and this is very picturesque.
Ushguli is depicted as the highest mountain permanent human settlement in the European part of the world, which is located at an altitude of 2300 meters above sea level.

I traveled around Georgia by bicycle, lived in a tent and painted from life in very beautiful picturesque places.

As often happens in the open air, by the end of the drawing it started to rain and everything became completely different, dull and gray.
But I hid under a canopy and managed to capture the first emotions from what I saw.

The work was painting by professional Italian watercolors Maimeri Blu on 100% cotton watercolor paper 300 g/m2, which guarantees the durability of the preservation of the work under proper storage conditions, decorated under glass.

Also on my page you can see other original paintings painted from life during my plein air travels in Italy, India, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey. And also see my paintings with flowers and still lifes painted from nature.

All the funds raised from the sale of my paintings are used to make my dream of a mobile workshop based on a minibus come true. Now I travel the world on a bicycle, it is very exciting, but for greater productivity I need a minibus in which I will live, travel and paint.
