Mountain Light is an atmospheric meditation on the rugged Cuillin mountains of the Isle of Skye — a place where drama and stillness coexist. Rendered through intentional camera movement (ICM) photography, the familiar contours dissolve into abstraction, creating an image that feels both mysterious and timeless.

The palette is rich and earthy: deep ochre and rust tones echo the weathered earth, while touches of moss green with a teal shimmering light of a moody sky. Anchoring shadows of black add depth, lending the work a dramatic yet calming presence.

Each edition is hand-printed in my studio on the Isle of Skye, using archival fine art canvas and museum-grade inks to preserve its depth and richness. The piece has an ethereal, dreamlike quality — as though the mountains were remembered rather than seen.
