Original artwork description:

This is an experimental piece with fabric dye.
I have a piece of raw linen canvas first, then transfer the line work onto it with fabric marker. Lightly draw it with different shades. Then I use the fabric dye to give the background color.
After it dries up I apply transparent gesso as painting ground. Next I fix the canvas onto stretcher bars. Finally I paint it with oil paint, mostly with light color for highlight area.
From the back view, you can see my fabric markers.
In the end I decide to frame it with a light brown floater frame with hardware installed and ready to hang.

Although I tried my best to match the digital image the same as actual painting but the color may vary due to different monitor and monitor settings. Please be aware of this fact.
