A watercolour, gouache and ink painting on thick Arches A2 paper.
Peonies are my favourite flower and these were a large bunch in my studio that I felt the urge to paint immediately one early summer's morning. I worked on the floor using lots of pink, yellow and green paints in a free flowing expressionist style.
This is painted on a high quality rough watercolour paper and has been professionally framed with a white wooden frame behind UV protective glass.
Titled and signed by me.

Materials used:

Watercolour, gouache, liquid watercolour, ink
