Morning Light through Trees Tripych Original Acrylic Painting by Michele Wallington

A collection of three box canvases of morning light bursting through the Autumn trees. These paintings are semi-abstract and painted in a way that I usually reserve for some of my watercolour pictures (wet-in-wet) and, to retain the translucency of colour I've used mainly acrylic inks and a little acrylic body paint and tried to use the different qualities and viscosity of the paint to get different effects.
I think the warm colours sum up the feeling of being in the woods on a crisp Autumn morning! The details can be seen more clearly in the individual listings.
The sides of the canvases are painted a crisp white. The size posted in the description is the overall size of the triptych when hung on the wall. The individual size of each picture is an 8"x10" box canvas with deep edges 1.75"
