Artwork description
Moon Rise is a limited edition reduction Lino print.
A reduction Lino print is formed using layers of colour that are cut from the same block of Lino. This is one of an edition of 10 prints, because of the process of making a Lino print each one has slight variations making each one of them unique.
This is printed using Schmincke water based ink on 300 GSM Somerset Satin Paper.
The print is numbered, titled and signed on the front. The printed image is 15 x 20 cm. it is sold unframed and unmounted.
I love the sea, I wanted to capture the reflection of the orange moon on the water and the rough water near the rocks that calmed as it came inland and became shallower.
The item will be securely packaged and sent via Royal Mail.
