“Momentum,Take I” is a work from North Stradbroke water series, focusing on moody oceans. My love affair with the ocean, mainly through many years of surfing, comes to the fore.
I have spent countless hours sketching and photographically recording the moods of the sea at North Stradbroke. I take into my studio all the senses of those experiences. My humble attempt is to capture those feelings on canvas. My wish is to share that experience with you, the viewer.I especially love the shifts of colour in this one.
