On a chromatic base of yellow, red, and blue, the two armchairs and the mangroves form a joyful juxtaposition that engages in a dialogue with the complementarity of colors. The armchairs evoke the presence of humans and invite one to sit and establish a connection with nature, while respecting its laws.
The artwork was exhibited in May 2023 at the prestigious and beautiful Aranciera di San Sisto in Rome, an institutional location of the City of Rome. If purchased, the catalog will be included. The technique is based on two distinct moments. The first involves pouring color onto the canvases in search of the right liquidity that satisfies, while attempting to combine three colors that can harmonize well together. The second is dedicated to finding a suitable subject.
