A moody and atmospheric scene, dramatic skies, water and fells fill the image. Inspired by the English Lake District in particular the area around Ullswater looking outwards towards Glenridding where access to the lake is easy in numerous places. Fabulous views whatever time of year and whatever the weather. This is my favourite place, an area I frequent often for inspiration and peace, a place to recharge, relax and return full I’d creative energy.
Painted onto board using professional standard paint.
Sealed with acrylic varnish to protect the surface.
