- Miss Meme by Momos
Original artwork description
Momos, the Greek god of blame and satire, son of Night, creates his Miss Meme: a femininity pushed to the extreme, where fashion, sex, and aesthetics morph into grotesque and absurd stereotypes. Through analogue collage, the work satirizes the contemporary distortion of the female image. It becomes a paper meme in which good taste and naturalness disappear, replaced by a brilliant, fragmented, and deliberately aberrant mask. Momos does not celebrate — he criticizes. And in this blame lies his strength.
This work is part of my ongoing series of analogue collages.
The certificate of authenticity will be printed in full color, then hand-signed and dated by the artist.
P.S.: Please note that the colors and contrast of the images may vary slightly from the original artwork due to differences in monitor calibration and lighting conditions.
