Artwork description:

***Low Stock***Fourteen out of Sixteen of these linocuts are now sold.

A mini reduction linocut of a clump of mushrooms growing on a mossy mound on the woodland floor.

A reduction print is a relief print formed with layers of colour that are cut and printed from the same block, in this case, from lino. This is one of a small edition of prints, all of which are printed by hand so small variations occur between them making each one truly original.

This work is printed with water-based, light-fast inks on Zerkall paper and has a beautiful matt finish. It is numbered, titled and signed at the bottom, mounted in a neutral colour and wrapped in cellophane to keep it clean. The mounted work will fit in a 7x8inch frame.

This artwork will be packaged in a bubble envelope with plenty of card support for safety.

Materials used:

Printed on Zerkal with water-based light-fast inks. Mounted to fit into a 7 x 8 inch frame.

About
I am inspired by countryside walks and the changes in weather and season upon the landscape. I translate my scenic discoveries into colourful linocuts using the reduction method. This involves repeatedly cutting... Read more
