Hello David, I am so sorry you felt the colours in my listing were inaccurate. I try very hard to represent my work faithfully on screen, but unfortunately colours can vary from device to device and I have no control over how customers view my images. I'm also dissappoined you thought my communication was lacking. I personally thanked you, let you know that I had got your parcel in the post and when you expect it. I'm not sure what else you would have wanted me to say. Artfinder offer free returns, so you could have sent the artwork back to me. Now that you have framed it, that is no longer possible. I was quite proud of Bluebell Memories, so it makes me a little sad that you are unhappy with it. All that I hope is that you can grow to like it more over time.

Really love this piece! Looking forward to getting it framed and on the wall! Seller communication was great and the work arrived fairly quickly from the UK to the U.S. without additional tariffs needing to be paid on my end.
