The idea of creating paintings with Mille Miglia cars came from her husband.
Also because Vanya is a great lover of "Mille miglia", the memories of every year in the last 20, since she is in Italy , she goes to see the start, the return of the race, or to watch the cars passing under her balcony when for 8 years she lived in Sirmione del Garda. So this year 2023 with so much insecurity, of someone who has never designed cars, has decided to make a series. She created 15 paintings with vintage cars, different colors and environments ... among the hills of Tuscany, among the flowery fields, the straw bales and the moving sky. However, she wanted to remain faithful to material style , with a spatula, a strong and sometimes soft and nuanced complexion. In the end they had to please her for prema... She didn't seek perfection, realism even if she kept the details that distinguish one model from another, to respect and honor the owners and the millions of followers around the world.
A very successful series, according to the artist, 4 paintings are already in countries like Germany, America and even Bulgaria.
