There’s something magnetic about cities at midnight — when the crowds thin out, the lights blur softly into the wet pavement, and a quiet kind of magic takes over. “Midnight Stroll” captures that liminal hour when time feels suspended, and even the smallest details — glowing windows, a yellow cab passing by, the hush of footsteps — become cinematic.

I created this piece as an ode to the unspoken beauty of urban solitude. The contrast between deep shadows and electric blues pulls you inward, while the street sign and passing figures ground the viewer in something real — a fleeting moment of reflection, or perhaps quiet connection. It’s a painting that feels both still and in motion — like the city itself is breathing slowly through the night.
