When the last bell tolled, she met the raven beneath the moon.
They spoke no words — for what she promised could not be heard by dawn.
In the stillness between their breaths, time folded like a wing.
She gave her heart for the power to remember him beyond worlds;
he gave her silence, eternal and unbroken.
Now every midnight, a shadow crosses the sky
and those who listen closely swear they hear the echo of that vow.
