“Midnight Metropolis” captures the quiet intensity of a city after dark, where illuminated skyscrapers rise beneath a deep midnight sky and reflections shimmer across the water below. A bright full moon and drifting clouds introduce a sense of calm, contrasting with the vibrant pulse of urban life.

Built through expressive layers of acrylic paint and textured brushwork, the skyline is intentionally abstracted, allowing architecture and light to merge into a dynamic visual rhythm. Multicoloured reflections dance across the foreground, suggesting movement, energy and countless untold stories hidden within the city.

Inspired by the atmosphere of great metropolitan skylines, Midnight Metropolis is not a portrait of one specific place but an emotional interpretation of the beauty, solitude and endless possibilities that emerge when the city never truly sleeps.
