Depiction of the dramatic spring beech wood landscape at Micheldever Woods near Winchester in Hampshire with its carpet of bluebells and fresh green new leaves. Heavily textured painting incorporating reflective paints to capture the light. Deep box canvas painted white on the sides so no need to frame. One of a pair of paintings that form one image ( or stand alone separately ) Could be hung together in a corner space or each side of a chimney breast or window.
