This piece, Golden Rain, was exhibited at the 8th International Contemporary Art Fair in Paris in 2022. It holds a special place in my heart, as it captures a personal philosophy that continues to guide me — the quiet but powerful union between the inner spirit and the natural world.

Created in oil on canvas (80x60 cm), this work combines a luminous, abstracted landscape with symbolic golden drops suspended above the horizon — a visual metaphor for blessings that come from inner peace and perseverance. These “raindrops” represent a state of grace, the reward for choosing stillness amidst the chaos, clarity over confusion.

I painted this in a moment of reflection on how hard it is — and yet how necessary — to cultivate calm when everything around you seems out of control. That choice, however difficult, brings its own kind of richness. Like rain that nourishes dry land, peace brings life to our inner world and to those around us.
