Painted on high quality acrylic paper, the artwork is framed with a white mount and painted wood frame.

The painting has recently been shown as part of the Cambridge Drawing Society’s Spring Exhibition.

This is a typical view in the Fens of East Anglia, where the ditches form a grid like element in the landscape interspersed with the more informal wandering of the natural waterways.
A bright palette of rich oranges and pinks contrasts with the deep greens in the ditch. A lavender mauve colour in the sky retains a sense of warmth while also toning in with the foreground grasses.

The painting is shipped wrapped in several protective layers before being placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
I always send my paintings by tracked courier for extra security.
