This listing is in favor of a friend of mine. Her name is Didi Doychinova a painter and printmaking artist with a long carrier from 1980s..
"The painting "Mastery" is from the "Time" Cycle, a philosophical reflection on the values of time allotted to man on Earth.
The energy, which has different values inside us, is difficult to master. Youth has a lot of energy and few opportunities for mastering. Sometimes this power is like a storm and a person is fighting with himself to master and direct the power of energy in the right direction. The process itself is complex and difficult to depict, but I decided to try and painted many different situations and options. It is a reflection and search for different means of expression. This painting, if it is backlit with a spotlight, you can see what tension it radiates. One of the photos shows the painting with light from behind."
