Original artwork description
In a coffee shop in New Forrest I saw a man knitting in the coffee shop. I thought an unusual sight especially because he looked like a weight lifter. I said so to him and he laughed and explained it was a gift for his grand daughter. I asked if I could take reference photos for a painting and he agreed. _x000D_
I use reference photos just revoke the emotion of standing in that cafe on that day. _x000D_

Oil on canvas board.
I’m a London-based artist, and my work often reflects vivid and surreal imagery inspired by my unique experience with REM intrusion—a condition where dream-like visions can appear while I’m awake. My paintings explore the boundary between waking reality and the dream world, using layered compositions to create a sense of depth and movement.
I paint with high-quality materials and put a lot of thought into texture and detail. My process is a mix of intuitive brushwork and deliberate layering, aiming to create pieces that are rich in emotion and invite you to see something new each time you look at them.
This piece will be carefully packaged using protective materials and dispatched via a tracked courier. If you have any questions or special requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
