All we need in life is love. It’s more important than oxygen. The contentment one feels when in the company of someone that loves them – that safety – that is what I wanted to capture.
I was inspired by Charlie Mackesy, a dyslexic artist and the author of a popular children’s book: The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse. The story follows the characters as they develop a friendship. Love can be found in all walks of life: friendships, relationships, a love for animals or nature. It’s impossible not to be inspired by it.
