Original artwork description
This painting was inspired while I was fishing on the Hampshire Avon. Where I fish the old water meadows are grazed by a fine herd of English Longhorn cattle. I watched them coming down to drink from the river. These are lovely cattle with drooping horns and white and brown markings. I have framed the painting in traditional dull gold deep swiped frame.
