Original artwork description
In the set Litmus canvases I have deflected from concrete visual display to abstraction. The way my paintings communicate is not so pressing as in my earlier works, it is more sensible and it leaves a space for subjective interpretation. Coloritand composition is intuitively chosen and it reflects actual emotial state in time of creating the artwork. Litmus as a indicator of acidity of surroundings figuratively, with light irony reacts on this situation.
