OIL ON PAPER! Photo reference Russ Bridges
The painting was done with new modern Oil Dry Brush technique. Oil dry brush is a painting technique in which a paint brush is relatively dry, but still holds paint, is used. The very thin layer of color is applied to a paper. Dry brush is layered layer after layer and reworked with an eraser, at this point it is possible to incorporate different lighting effects and details. Images painted with a dry brush appears similar to a photo.
Artwork has been exhibited in Norway.
Artwork mounted and framed. Beautiful wood frame and Plexiglass. Plexiglas UV 100 AR Anti Glare has a slightly matted antiglare surface. Plexiglas UV 100 Highest UV-protection.
