Artwork description:

The Liminal Light I collection is a quiet meditation on the shifting beauty of the Isle of Harris — where land, sea, and sky dissolve into one another in soft, ephemeral moments. This set of four fine art giclée prints captures the delicate light that plays across misty beaches and distant island horizons. Each piece is a study in calm and subtlety, with a palette of beige, soft greys, gentle teals, warm sand, and creamy whites that evoke a sense of breath and stillness.

Print Titles:
A Drifting of the Mind
Not So Far Away
Softly Comes the Light
The Appearance of Beauty

Print Size
Print size 24 x 18 inches including approximately 1 inches of white border with the edition number, signature and title in the border.

The prints are not framed and without frames they cover an area of approx 48 x 36 inches.
For guidance, if the prints are framed with a 2 inches mat and a 1 inches frame and hung with a space of 2 inches between the prints they will then cover a space of approximately 56 x 44 inches.

Printed on luxurious Canson Aquarelle paper, known for its gentle watercolour texture and museum-quality finish, each print is produced with archival pigment inks to preserve every nuanced detail. Offered as a limited edition, each set is signed and numbered by the artist.

For these special small editions of my work I use Canson Aquarelle Paper which has a lovely watercolour paper texture. Using this paper and combining it with the fabulous non-fade Ultrachrome inkset of 9 colours, I can produce a print of exceptional quality which will last a lifetime without fading. Canson are one of the oldest paper manufacturers in the world, they have been making paper and canvas for over 450 years in France. Founded in 1557 and printers to Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, Canson has the choice of many famous artists such as Picasso, Ingres, Chagal and Miro to name but a few.
