- Light's Strange Play During Lecture
Original artwork description
During a lecture at the Warsaw Academy, I opened my sketchbook to a new, blank page. Drawing while listening helps me focus, keeps my mind still. But that time, I couldn’t draw — the lamps above the hall created a strange pattern of shadows across the open sheet. Each light cast a slightly different one — in a different value, colour temperature, and direction.
It was such a quiet, hypnotic sight. The simplicity of it stayed with me, and later that day I tried to capture it on canvas — the shifting, overlapping dispersion of shadows.
The painting is ready to hang and will be delivered in secure, multi-layered packaging, insured and tracked to ensure its safety during transport. Each work comes with a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its originality.
