I love painting swimming pools and this one gives a joyful scene of two men sitting on their yellow buoys; it’s a piece of summer with the heat and the happiness. The scene is viewed from above and there’s movement because the men’s hands move in the water. Colors are very bright and there’s a strong contrast between blues and light colors; we can imagine what these two men say and the general atmosphere is full of lightness. I painted the american-style picture frame in a very soft pink. This painting comes with another same style.
