I was inspired to paint this painting of endangered species highlighting the Leopard in this case. This is one of a series I have painted showcasing the plight of these magnificent and very endangered animals. I have painted them in the setting of Kew Gardens Palm House which in itself is showing plant species which are also very rare. I have used a pallet of greens highlighting the different plants. The richness of the ferns contrast with the Leopard which is peering out of the foliage with his magnificent pattered coat. I hope people viewing this artwork will feel as passionate as I do. This painting is painted in high quality oil paints highlighted with oil sticks. It is painted on canvas and is ready strung with hanging hardware to hang on your wall.
