Original artwork description
I have decided to show some older works which for me have stood the test of time. This is a particular favourite.
An early 'figurescape' which after completion I discovered had a composition remarkably similar to Gustav Klimt's painting "Danae" of 1907. In my case it was merely homage to a secreted vulnerable woman within a Welsh grove, and there are also other personal references.
It is heavy, being painted on board. Please enquire about carriage.
