In this piece, I explore the idea of inner multiplicity by allowing several overlapping portraits to merge and separate at the same time. Through these intersecting faces, I try to express the quiet tension between clarity and distortion that often shapes my own inner world. I’m not aiming to present definitive answers; instead, I hope to offer a contemplative moment in which identity can feel both unified and divided. I created the work using a mixed technique on board combining oil and acrylic paints with added structural texture. The painting is currently unframed and requires framing.
