Original artwork description
We drove home from the seaside past fields of lavender. The traffic going to the coast was solid for miles and miles! But because we were going home we just sailed by on our way inland. It was hot and the garden needed watering.
I painted this little oil of the purpleness I saw from the car window listening to Radio 2.
