In the series of landscapes in small format, I try to make the impression of light through the different perspective planes. It is very pleasant to paint quickly and to obtain fresh and synthetic pictorial effects. In this painting I have depicted an expanse of lavender in Provence. The gaze is lost on the mountains in the background. The intensity of the lavender color enhances the foreground.
The painting will be shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity, and a brochure of mine.

This painting is painted on primed MDF. I used professional quality oil paints.
