A painting of a favourite place that I have found not far inland near Pittenweem in Beautiful Fife, Scotland.
In the foreground the golden colour of barley, ready for harvesting. In the middle distance the tapestry of different fields with different crops explores the space, as the fields gently rise up to the horizon. The sky is quite turbulent with billowing grey clouds behind which are the blue skies of Summer. It is a rural idyl. How I long for the summer of 2021.
