The artwork refers to the environmental crisis and the exploitation of resources, presenting a pile of debris composed of lifesaving swimming equipment - a discipline that closely imitates the rescue actions carried out to save swimmers in difficulty - but which in this case remain ends in themselves, useless lifelines. Waste that we do not know what to do with and where to hide has become real mountains from where those who survived look at what remains trying to find further elements to grab, in a real fight to the last resource.
