This colourful abstract painting brings a quiet, summer feeling - like a soft breeze over a changing landscape. Created using only palette knives, each bold stroke adds movement and life. The layers build up with textures, you can feel and details you’ll notice more and more over time.

The colours - soft red, Indian red, sky blue, turquoise blue, other tones added softly - are inspired by seaside landscapes in summer, when the light shifts and everything feels full of possibility.

There’s a mix of impasto and crackle texture, with some thick layers of paints that add depth and strength. It’s a painting that invites you to pause, breathe, and simply look.

The sides are painted too, on a 4 cm deep gallery-wrapped canvas, so it’s ready to hang - no need to frame.
