Gigantic forms hover above the lakeside in late afternoon, dwarfing the features. The sun is soon to set but gives these last reminders of it's power and reach! Colour creeps along the horizon, tall structures glow against the sky.
This beautiful sky is warm, dramatic and detailed. Acrylic on canvas, mounted on a stretcher with solid backing, it features the sun in frame and a huge cloud body gathering above the water at the lakeside. The sky is brilliant, the cloud thick but still this piece is light on the wall; not angry or dark.
