Original artwork description
A small country on an island with beautiful white stone architecture and rich history is interesting for a traveler and a history lover. The parking of pleasure carts in the town of La Valletta with several dozen horses standing under the scorching sun became the motive for my painting. He painted several watercolors and sketches based on his impressions of the trip. The large amount of sunlight and the lightness of the architecture prompted the choice of watercolor and paper as a material.
