One of the places of strength in Kyiv is the St. Michaylo-Vydubytskyi Men's Monastery. It is wonderful at any time of the year. The architectural complex of the Vydubyskyi Monastery overlooks the Dnieper from the west, and is surrounded by steep slopes on the other three sides, on which the sights of the National Botanical Garden are planted.
Many artists turn to this ensemble in moments of inspiration for the pleasure of contemplating and working with such a wonderful antique.
The painting was made to order and is in a private collection.
