The practice of shibari contains this moment of conversation through the embrace of rope.
This is about a fragment of love felt in the moment.
Not about duration — about presence.

It is about control and aesthetics
that hold this moment together.
About tension that does not destroy,
but gives form and strength.

I began creating this work in 2018 in Thailand and completed it in January 2026 in Spain. I added depth to the flowers in the background of the piece.
