I painted this landscape painting from one of my son's photos. I didn't have an autumn aspen photograph and he kindly provided some. These aspens are so beautiful. I wish that I had been on this hike. This landscape painting is not framed but the canvas is gallery wrapped with painted sides. The fact that I love aspen trees was my motivation to paint this beautiful scene. I hope that you feel that you can walk right into the path of my painting. This painting is one of a series of 5 aspen paintings I did and the last one unsold. It has been in juried shows, and is probably my most liked and commented piece on social media. I hope someone will give it a good home.
