Original artwork description
The 2 paintings in this set are the second and third panels in this series, which was created from a collage of many Scripture passages, which I had printed on vellum and worked in colorful watercolor pastels. These were mounted on canvas, and then overpainted in acrylic and oil to create a painting that is bursting with joyful praise, inspired by the words of Psalm 100: “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord.” This set of paintings has been given a satin varnish for protection, and hanging hardware is already installed.
