Jaipur is oil on stretched canvas - ready to hang. Jaipure is the capital of the Indian state of Rajasthan state distinguished by the romantic architectural style, hospitality, and the colorful dress code. It's called Pink City because the local pink stone was predominant in construction. Oil paint when used in thin layers creates a unique luminous and translucent effect - I like to use this process to paint fabric.
