The women represented with different colors depicts the beauty and talents they have despite them living in such rural environments, the environment did not give the limitations to what they can become

Your successful is not determined by how bad or worse the experience of where you grew up looks like, everything you have to become is embedded in you from birth, you can be great regardless of your origin.
