Original artwork description
At 7 p.m., form no longer hesitates — it collides with itself.
In this field of saturated green and deep blue, matter does not dissolve linearly; it pulses, fissures, radiates. We are not witnessing a disappearance, but an intensification. As if personal time, instead of thinning into a sliver, were pierced by other slivers arriving from parallel realities.
The vertical axis, barely suggested, functions as a column of tension. It is no longer a support of stability, but a conductor. Through it circulate energy, memory, residues of form. Around this axis, matter blooms violently — not floral in a decorative sense, but floral as explosion, as the sudden opening of an invisible core.
The radial zone at the center becomes the event of the work. It is not light, but impact. A point where several layers of the real overlap for a fraction of a second. There, the surface is no longer surface; it becomes threshold.
The graphic gestures, nervous, seem to register this interference. Lines that appear and withdraw, splashes that seek not balance but urgency. They do not describe; they mark. As if the painting were the recording of an unstable phenomenon, of an energetic efflorescence that cannot be fixed.
If in the first piece dissolution had an almost meditative quality, here we encounter multiplication. Form does not disappear; it fragments into possibilities. Each stain, each green or turquoise gleam, seems a variation of the same structure attempting to manifest simultaneously in multiple directions.
“The Vase with Flowers” remains, here too, a subtle excuse. But it is no longer a pretext for contemplation; it becomes a perceptual trap. The viewer is drawn in by the familiar suggestion of a vertical composition, only to be absorbed into a vortex of energy. The flowers are not represented; they are dispersed into light and matter. They are the explosion itself.
Personal time, in this work, is no longer merely a strip. It is a knot. A point of density where multiple versions of reality touch. An intersection between what might have been and what is just beginning to take shape.
At 7 p.m., we are not witnessing a calming.
We are witnessing an energetic threshold.
And the painting does not fix this moment — it keeps it open.
