To create this artwork I was inspired by a book ¨Shantaram¨. It's about India. Have you ever read it ? It's my favourite book. After reading it, I fell in love with that country, those people, that way of living and thinking, that lifestyle and that culture.

Additionally, women art is one of the directions in my artistic career. And I wanted to show the beauty of Indian women on my canvas.

This portrait is created in oil on cotton canvas on a stretcher.
