Original artwork description
In this work, I wanted to capture the melancholy of the port of Nantes at dusk. I combined acrylic and oil paints to create a misty, introspective atmosphere. Each brushstroke evokes the fragile peace between the slowly fading daylight and the hesitant light of night, bringing a strong, mysterious and enigmatic energy that invites reflection and dreams.
Mixed media acrylic/oil on canvas mounted on wood panel and stretched on a frame.
