I am delighted at buying two more beautiful paintings from Philippe Perennou. His work is really stunning and is made of the highest quality materials. The paintings arrive quickly and are well armored for their trip from France to Baltimore. Philippe is a great communicator and a joy to work with. I look forward to buying more of his paintings soon. I'll send picture once the wall is built that I'm placing them on.

The 4 pieces of art I have got from Philippe are of exceptional quality and are of places that I have visited in my travels. The 1st two are already framed and hanging up and they get so many rave comments from friends and family, looking forward to purchasing some more in the near future.

A small impressionistic and atmospheric piece. I assume it is NYC but it could equally be an urban scene in any city that suffers cold rainy winters. Quite a punchy piece with intense highlights to pierce the dense cityscape and light reflected from wet surfaces.
