“I really thought my descent into madness would look a little different to this, but I guess this is where the current research phase is leading to.”
The artist painted this whilst lying with his back on the ground, reaching up to do abs crunches whilst using a 2 meter pole to paint these words. The physicality is a way to imbue the phrase in specific time in the artist's life, allowing for the movement to imperfect the writing.
