Original artwork description
This work depicts a forest on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, in Umbria. I love infusing nature with energy through bold, fluorescent colors, creating vibrant contrasts and gestural marks that intertwine with rich textures. I paint on canvases already printed with various patterns, which become an integral part of the landscape and add visual depth. I used enamel, acrylics, oils, and spray paint, along with fragments of paper and hand-designed stickers, to bring movement and character to the scene.
The result is a contemporary, dreamlike landscape where deep greens and luminous strokes blend with fluorescent accents, evoking the untamed vitality of the forest.
